Sarah Norris
I am a mother of 2 daughters, living in a rural coastal area in Tasmania.
I have been on my own healing journey for many years now. I think healing is a journey that continues for our entire lives. I have always loved working with people, working as a hairdresser since 2007.
Initially I wanted to expand on that in more depth as a psychologist, but upon completion of my psychology degree in 2013 I decided that pursuing that as a career wasn’t the right fit.
It wasn’t until 2018 when I was doing my 200hr yoga teacher training that I realised that there was so much more to healing than the intellectualising approach. I went through a major dark night of the soul rebirth at this time, I had some cataclysmic personal events unfold, and then, like many people I had some curve balls thrown at me by 2020 that forced me to slow down and rethink. What do I really want? What means the most to me?
It was then that I was introduced to my first tarot reading, and that unfolded a huge gateway into healing myself through the tarot, studying tarot and astrology, studying aromatherapy, the creation of a series of products designed to heal each chakra through aromatherapy, to now.
I am still healing. I believe this is a lifelong process, uncovering layers of healing, and as those layers peel back we reveal a bit more of our true self.
Now I am holding others in sacred, caring space in tarot and astrology readings, and creating healing blends.
For me, the power of scent helps to slow down my mental chatter, and bring me back into my body.
My gift, as I have discovered, is helping others to find their own unique strengths and gifts, alongside with pairing it with the power of scent to facilitate them in their own healing.
